We have a dedicated support number which is staffed from 8am until 6pm. A support website which will allow you to log, update or view your support calls including any upcoming visits, we will also be posting a number of FAQ documents and video user guides on our support portal.
We can offer a telephone and remote support service, backed up by call out and scheduled technical support visits.
All of our services are delivered by a team of trained and accredited engineers with extensive experience and knowledge of the education sector.

- Whole school network solutions such as managed wireless, we work closely with partners such as DLInk and can often secure special bid pricing with discounts of up to 10% below typical education pricing.
Acting as a gateway to more sophisticated advice for major projects, we will work with you to understand your ongoing requirements, build technical specifications and assist in procurement.
